Soft Biscuit Production Line

Soft biscuit production line is suitable for producing soft biscuit and soda biscuit. This line is composed of dough mixer, rotary molder, convection tunnel oven and exit conveyor. The conveyor can be designed into flat belt conveyor and inclined belt conveyor. Production process

Horizontal dough mixer - Rotary moulder - Baking oven - Exit conveyor - Cooling conveyor - Stacker - Inspection table

2. Horizontal dough mixer: is suitable for kneading various soft and hard biscuit dough. It is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. The dough feeder is mainly used to break up bulk dough from the mixer into smaller dough and feed them into wire-cut cookie machine or rotary molders. It is fully automatic.
2. Rotary moulder is used for shaping oil-rich soft biscuit and walnut pastries. Dough is pressed against the moulding roll to fill the roll impressions and transferred onto panning web and then onto conveyor belt for next step.
2. Mesh belt conveyor furnace is mainly used to provide energy for mesh belt conveyance.
2. Convection tunnel oven is suitable for baking biscuits, cakes, bread and pastry with radiation.
2. Exit conveyor is used for conveying baked biscuit from the oven to the next machine.
2. Curve conveyor is mainly used for conveying biscuit, with rational use of plant space.
2. Cooling conveyor is used to convey freshly baked biscuits from the oven to the biscuit stacker, facilitating heat release and extending biscuits' shelf life.
2. Star wheel stacker is used channel the biscuits from the cooling conveyor into a suitable arrangement for transfer to the packaging machines.
2. Control system is used to control the operation of the whole production line.
