Features
- It is especially designed for mixing soft dough and making oil-rich cookie. It helps you produce baked biscuits with finer and more crispy texture.
- It has 4 axes of dispersion with a speed of 0-1800 r/min. It can emulsify ingredients such as oil, sugar and water in 2 to 3 minutes.
- It includes two spiral mixing blades that perform double planetary mixing action, ensuring fully mixing of flour and cream. With scraper constantly sweeping inside the walls of the bowl, carrying away dough and keeping walls clean. It is also equipped with removable stainless steel mixing bowl in the mezzanine for heat or cold insulation.
