Rotary Moulder
Rotary moulder is used for shaping oil-rich soft biscuit and walnut pastries. Dough is pressed against the moulding roll to fill the roll impressions and transferred onto panning web and then onto conveyor belt for next step. The roll, moulds and conveyor belt are controlled by self-contained motors for convenient adjustment. Moulding pressure is measured by displacement sensor with precise numerical display of speed and gap on touch screen.
